Matt is a PhD student in the Organizational Behaviour group. He joined the PhD program after working in the health care industry at a community hospital in Toronto, where he became fascinated by the impact leadership has on organizational performance and employee well-being. Matt’s research interests focus on these topics, with a specific interest in the effect leaders’ trait mindfulness has on employees’ well-being.
