Sabrina is a PhD student at Ivey Business School in the discipline of Organizational Behaviour. She has an avid interest in the collaboration of diverse and distributed teams, as well as the corporate social responsibility of companies. She investigates phenomena, such as the concept of purpose as a higher sense of meaning in one’s work, and how it effects teamwork across cultures and geographies.
