Paul Boothe | Kellogg's former London, Ont., workers struggle for good jobs

The fact that former London, Ont. Kellogg’s plant employees are still struggling to find well-paid jobs in the manufacturing sector since the plant closed in December is simply a sign of the times.

Thanks to technological advances in manufacturing, Professor Paul Boothe told CBC News there may be fewer manufacturing jobs in the future and those available are going to be highly skilled.

"We have to get used to the idea that manufacturing work is changing," said Boothe.
