Alison M. Konrad, Professor of Organizational behaviour at the Ivey business School, has published her work on People with Disabilities and Gender and Aging Effects on Employment Opportunities as a chapter in the January 2016 edition of the Oxford Handbook of Workplace Diversity in Organizations.

The Handbook, published by the Oxford University Press, showcases the scope of international perspectives that exist on workplace diversity and is the first to define this hotly contested field.
