MBA students and Social Impact Club executives; Sandy Chen, Kobe Lee and Sarangen Sathasivam organized this summer's successful Ivey Impact Day, with help from the MBA Program Office, the Building Sustainable Value Research Centre and funding from Royal Bank of Canada
The students lead initiative garnered 95% participation from the MBA class for the day.
MBA's performed hands on volunteer work for local organizations ReForest London, London Food Bank and the Canadian Mental Health Association.
Additionally, students helped local non-profits and social enterprises achieve sustainable growth through the social design challenge. Organizations involved include Verge Capital, Youth Opportunities Unlimited, and Meals on Wheels.
