WAM is undoubtedly an experience you can’t receive anywhere else. The combined in class training, events, and internship opportunities will give anyone interested in the industry ledge up. Moreover the network of inspiring leaders who are willing to help and assist you along the way is more compelling than ever. If I could I would do the program all over again!

Before the WAM Program, I did not even know what asset management was. Now, I can see myself striving to be a part of the C-suite at a pension plan in Ontario. With the extra confidence, knowledge, and connections I gained throughout the program, I know I can make my dreams a reality and pave the way for future women in the field. I did not even realize how truly advantageous this program was until it was over.

The WAM program changed the trajectory of my career path. I am so thankful for the experience and the mentors who invested in my personal and professional growth. I would have never imagined to be the confident, capable, and proud woman I am today.

The WAM program gives students an amazing learning environment to learn about the fundamentals of finance alongside their peers and with the help of talented faculty. By intertwining networking and other soft skills through classroom lessons, participants are able to get a more holistic idea of how to be successful in the industry. Finally, the internship portion of the program gives you an ability to immediately apply what you have learned and get resume-worthy experience that can catapult you into a successful career in asset management.
