Dagmara Fijalkowski is Head of Global Fixed Income and Currencies at RBC Global Asset Management, a role she has held since 2017. She is responsible for leading a global team of over 40 investment professionals who manage mutual funds and institutional portfolios with nearly $100 billion assets under management. Dagmara is a member of the Canadian Foreign Exchange Committee and is an Activator for the female-led venture capital organization, SheEO.
