The Certificate brings Ihnatowycz Leadership’s renowned character-driven leadership education to undergraduate students at Western University and its affiliates. This one-of-a-kind program, supported by BMO Financial Group, is designed to equip students from all disciplines with essential leadership skills, a strong foundation in character leadership, and a clear sense of purpose. Practitioner Certification Program

Our Spring Leader Character Practitioner Certification Program starting on March 3, 2026 is now full! Stay tuned for our fall dates.

Through this program you will take a deep dive into the Institute's renown research and develop the character and competence to become a subject matter expert in this area. Three modules will be delivered virtually once per week over the course of 13 days using a “train-the-trainer” approach.
