Jodi values the impact of a great question and helps people build a reflexive and reflective practice for themselves and others. She provides team and one-on-one coaching, facilitates leadership retreats, and is an engaging public speaker. Jodi is committed to building leaders with integrity, character, and confidence, to skillfully manage the complexities of today’s world. She works with the IVEY Academy coaching community, consults for Qnity Inc., along with a private coaching practice.
Jodi is certified in multiple assessment and business tools, trained in developing leadership and effecting transformation, and is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
