Elisa Palombi

Elisa Palombi is an entrepreneur at heart. From 1999 to 2009 she owned and managed a successful coaching business. In 2009 she launched the Richmond Strategy Group, a niche leadership and coaching business dedicated to inspiring people to create an authentic life built on their own terms. Prior to her coaching and leadership businesses, Elisa was a partner and co-owner of a leading retail franchise in downtown Toronto. Ultimately the store’s performance led her to take on the role of Vice GM, responsible for overseeing 30 locations across Canada.

Elisa is committed to helping clients develop a razor-sharp focus on defining and pursuing their professional and personal goals. Her expertise in Relationship Systems Intelligence Coaching (RSI), Culture and Leadership Growth and in strengths-based leadership, assessment and change/transition, are all integral to Elisa’s approach. Elisa takes an innovative multi-disciplinary approach to the expansion of leadership capacity of individuals and team resulting in sustainable behavioural change.

Guided by her values of accountability, hard-work and discipline, Elisa has been instrumental in mentoring and coaching successful entrepreneurs and early-stage business leaders, helping them reach their potential without compromising their authentic self. She is passionate about coaching, and her approach is characterized by truth telling and integrity.

Elisa is a certified coach with The Coaches Training Institute, trained in Organization Relationship Systems Intelligence Coaching (ORSC), and is currently completing her Master Coach Certification with The International Coaching Federation.
