Jodi Ohama

Jodi Ohama is an experienced entrepreneur, consultant, and leadership coach whose passion is helping people actualize and achieve their goals in both life and work.  She is rooted in the belief that people want to contribute to something larger than themselves while being recognized for their unique gifts. By focusing on inclusion and creating safe spaces, Jodi helps leaders and leadership teams explore possibilities and work together to achieve these goals. With over 30 years of lived experience in leading others, she brings compassion and humility to those she works with, and her clients appreciate her friendly and non-judgmental approach.

She is a believer in human potential and the power of personal exploration. Jodi values the impact of a great question and helps people build a reflexive and reflective practice for themselves and others. She provides team and one-on-one coaching, facilitates leadership retreats, and is an engaging public speaker. Jodi is committed to building leaders with integrity, character, and confidence, to skillfully manage the complexities of today’s world. She works with the IVEY Academy coaching community, consults for Qnity Inc., along with a private coaching practice.

Jodi is certified in multiple assessment and business tools, trained in developing leadership and effecting transformation, and is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Leadership from Royal Roads University.
