Eric is a faculty member in the Entrepreneurship Area Group at Ivey, as well as the Executive Director of the Ivey New Venture Project.  Eric’s teaching lies at the intersection of sales, strategy, entrepreneurship, and innovation.  In 2020, he received the David G. Burgoyne Teaching Award for outstanding impact as an instructor.

Prior to Ivey, Eric spent many years in the private sector as an entrepreneur in several venture-backed, high-growth companies.  Eric continues to be active with a number of startups as an investor and advisor.  He also works as a consultant to startups, corporations, as well as charities and non-profits in the area of growth strategy, sales, management, and go-to-market.

Eric is a graduate of Ivey’s HBA and MBA programs.  He has been featured in Fast Company, BNN Bloomberg, The Globe and Mail, and The Ivey Business Journal for his sales expertise and entrepreneurial ventures.
