Expertise: Data Analytics in Decision Making, Risk Analysis and Management,

As an Assistant Professor of Management Science at Ivey Business School, Tiffany focuses her research on predictive and prescriptive analytics as well as creating effective and engaging pedagogy for business analytics, and has delved into applying optimization modeling to healthcare management and supply chain problems. She is also the Canadian co-author of two textbooks: Business Statistics for Contemporary Decision Making and Operations Management.
Tiffany's educational background includes a PhD and MASc in Applied Operations Research from the University of Waterloo, as well as a BASc in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Windsor. Prior to her graduate studies, Tiffany worked as an Industrial Engineer (EIT) at Syncreon Automotive and Chrysler Windsor Assembly Plant, where she championed kaizen events and implemented facility layout and design initiatives, line balancing, and more.
