Ambreen Bhaloo

Ambreen Bhaloo is a Leadership Coach and Consultant who partners with leaders at all stages—emerging, senior, entrepreneurial, and next-generation—to lead with greater authenticity, courage, and emotional intelligence. Known for her warm presence and sharp insight, she creates space for meaningful growth through deep listening, thoughtful challenge, and a values-based approach. 

Her work focuses on leadership development, emotional intelligence, and navigating complexity. She brings over two decades of experience across social innovation, philanthropy, private business, and family enterprise, and works with clients internationally across sectors including education, healthcare, non-profit, and professional services. 

Ambreen blends global lived experience with strategic thinking and intuitive insight. As founder of a boutique leadership development firm, she is often called upon during times of transformation—when individuals and teams are ready to step into more authentic and effective leadership. 

She serves on several boards including The Foray Group, the Family Enterprise Foundation, and the Ted Rogers School of Business Family Business Institute Advisory Council. 

Ambreen is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), a Family Enterprise Advisor (FEA), a member of the ICF pursuing her PCC designation and is trained in motivation factor, hypnotherapy and Dare to Lead. She is currently deepening her practice through the Ivey Academy’s Lift Leadership Coach program. She holds a Master of Science in Education from the University of Pennsylvania and an Honours BA from Western University. 

Based in Toronto with her children and fiancé, Ambreen works globally in both coaching and advisory capacities. She loves nature, travel, and lifelong growth.
