She is a proven talent leader and trusted advisor with 20+ years of experience leading people and building high-performing cultures and communities in Professional Services at McKinsey & Company. Her experience includes developing and implementing talent strategies, leadership development, career & performance management, team dynamics, DE&I strategies, mental health strategies, coaching colleagues at every stage of their career.  

Carol-Anne’s goal is to support leaders become the best version of themselves leveraging their core strengths aligned with their values in an authentic way that facilitates personal growth, inclusive environments where people can grow and thrive.
