Daniela Veljkovic

Daniela Veljkovic is a seasoned Executive Coach and Strategic Management Consultant with a 25+ year track record of enabling executive performance, driving enterprise-wide transformation, and building resilient, high-impact leadership cultures. As the founder of Luminary Leadership, Daniela partners with senior leaders and organizations to navigate complexity, accelerate growth, and elevate leadership capability through bespoke individual and team coaching, organizational strategy, and change enablement. 

With an MBA in Leadership and Innovation from Athabasca University and certifications including ICF-ACC, PMP, and Prosci Change Management, Daniela brings both rigor and relevance to her work. She is equally fluent in boardroom dialogue and leadership development, combining evidence-based methodologies with strategic insight to catalyze sustainable change. 

Currently serving as Director, R&D IT E2E Operations at AstraZeneca, Daniela operates at the intersection of strategic planning, operational excellence, and executive advisory. She also serves on faculty at Sheridan College and hosts The Coaching Divas Podcast, amplifying conversations on leadership, inclusion, and transformation.
