Francine Piché

Francine is a fluently bilingual (French/English) Leadership Coach and Facilitator.   

Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Francine was a Senior HR Leader with Siemens in Canada for more than 25 years.  The last 9 years of her career with Siemens was within Learning, Talent & Leadership Development.  She was responsible for implementing global Learning and Talent Development Strategies within the Canadian operation. Some of her accomplishments include the implementation of a formal succession planning process, a Talent Identification and Development program, and the adoption of a Coaching framework to support people development. 

Her long HR career spans several industries including airline, banking, and manufacturing in continuously progressing HR roles.  

Since leaving Siemens in January 2019, Francine has built a successful Consulting practice by pursuing her passion for developing others, through coaching as well as the facilitation of coaching and leadership development programs.  Her mission is to enable individuals to stand in their own power; to imagine what is possible and to succeed at it.  Her coaching experience spans several industries from manufacturing, finance, logistics, and not-for-profit.  Notably, she has been coaching for the past 3 years within the VersaFi (formerly WCM) Emerging Leaders and Executive Leaders programs. 

She has also assembled a team of facilitators, to support the delivery of leadership and management content to leaders of well-known Canadian and global organizations. 

Francine holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa and an MBA from Athabasca University. She obtained a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) designation through the Coaches Training Institute and her PCC (Professional Certified Coach) credential through the ICF.
