Janet Wood is a dynamic and seasoned executive coach whose career spans over 40 years across diverse sectors including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, unionized environments, government, and financial services. Her leadership journey includes hands-on experience in roles such as ombudsman and regulatory oversight, labour relations and collective bargaining, HR and talent development, commercial and retail management, marketing, and board governance. 

With a powerful blend of credentials—Certified Executive Coach (CEC), PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Credit Union Executive (CCE), and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)—Janet brings a unique and practical lens to every coaching engagement.
