Jeff Brown is a seasoned HR leader and ICF-accredited coach with a track record of building people strategies that enable business transformation. As a trusted advisor to executive teams, Jeff brings over two decades of experience across global banking, healthcare, and professional services. 

He served as Chief of Staff to the Global Head of HR at BMO Financial Group, where he led enterprise-wide initiatives that shaped the bank’s culture, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness. Now at Cencora, a Fortune 500 healthcare company, Jeff continues to build people-first strategies that drive performance, engagement, and innovation.
