Jeff Green

The Founder of Jeff Green Executive Coaching Ltd, Jeff is an Executive and Leadership Coach, Leadership Facilitator, and Fractional HR Executive. He works with c-suite, operations and corporate executives; high potential, emerging, and first-time leaders. 

Jeff believes everyone deserves to have a great leader in their life. Someone who inspires them to do great work. Who encourages them to try new things and learn from failure. Who is always in their corner, no matter what. Who holds them capable and always tells them the truth, even when it hurts.

As coach, facilitator, and HR executive, his goal is to be that person for you. With natural curiosity honed over years of listening to, supporting, and challenging leaders, Jeff creates the space you need to explore ideas, challenge assumptions, work through problems, or seize opportunities. He will always hold you capable to act, to take your next step, to move forward.

A Certified Executive Coach, ACC, and Chartered Professional in Human Resources, Jeff has held senior level HR roles in operations and corporate centers of expertise.  For more than 25 years he has specialized in leading teams, influencing change, and impacting lives.

Jeff completed his coach training through Royal Roads University Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching.  He holds an Advanced Coaching Certification from the Ivey Academy at Western University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources from Saint Mary’s University. As part of his coaching toolbox, Jeff is a certified practitioner of DISC, Predictive Index, and Motivation Factors.
