Molly has an unwavering dedication to support business leaders and teams in pursuit of  personal, professional, and organizational success. With a background in psychology and 16 years of leadership in business operations and Human Resources, Molly’s sweet spot is partnering with organizations to customize an effective coaching strategy to achieve empowered, engaged, high achieving cultures, generated by values-driven human capabilities.  

Over the past 15 years, with a talented team of coaches, Molly has successfully partnered with organizations such as Rogers Communications, TD Bank, Joey Restaurants, Canadian Western Bank, Brookfield Development, SAP, along with not for profit organizations such as Mission Possible, Surrey Food Bank, and Union Gospel Mission in support of developing leaders as coaches, creating powerful coaching cultures that have proven to drive results. Molly believes that organizations that train their key people to use a ‘coach approach’ in leadership perform at a much higher level.  Seven of these organizations have won Global prism awards for integrating coaching as an effective strategy to achieve outstanding leadership effectiveness and business outcomes.

Molly partners with leaders and teams to perform at higher levels through a trustworthy partnership that generates clarity, purpose, and effective strategies towards meaningful results.  

Molly holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching from Royal Roads University, an Advanced Coaching Certification from the Ivey Business School at Western University, a Bachelor of Psychology from University of British Columbia, and a Human Resource Diploma from BCIT.  

Molly’s talent is creating trustworthy, collaborative learning partnerships focused on achieving purposeful results, while infusing fun. With passion for fitness, health, and wellbeing, Molly enjoys skiing, running, hiking, biking, cooking, as a true nature enthusiast residing in beautiful North Vancouver with her family and close community.
