Nancy Gossling

As the founder of Explore& Leadership Development and Consultancy, Nancy support leaders and teams to think systemically, unlock insight, and lead through profound uncertainty. Her approach is grounded in systems thinking and emotional intelligence, exploring the tensions, undercurrents and blind spots that shape leadership, culture, and transformation. 

With over a decade of international experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant in audit, mergers and acquisitions, and forensic investigation—combined with a transformative chapter raising a family, pivoting into cyber security risk management, and completing a Master of Forensic Accounting, Nancy brings a rare blend of strategic and analytical depth, relational insight, and radical adaptability to my coaching practice. 

She works with business leaders using a mix of innovative and traditional tools to help clients:

A life-long learner, Nancy has spent over five years immersed in systems thinking and psychodynamically-informed leadership development. She holds an Executive Master in Change, Coaching Certificate and a Certificate in Global Management from INSEAD, and advanced training in group coaching. She is currently a professional doctorate candidate at the Tavistock Portman Trust/University of Essex in the United Kingdom, researching leadership and organizational consultancy focusing on women leadership. Most recently, she completed the Ivey LIFT Leadership Coaching Certification to deepen her expertise and join the coaching community. 

I love travel, hiking and exploring. I find deep renewal in time spent with my family on Georgian Bay where the stillness of nature and nostalgia of my childhood offer space to disconnect, reflect and reconnect with what matters most.
