Sheizana Murji

Sheizana Murji is an executive and team coach, General Counsel, and accredited mediator who helps senior leaders navigate relational dynamics and lead high-performing teams with greater influence. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience in high-stakes environments, she understands the challenges professionals face—aligning through complexity, evolving from expert contributors to enterprise leaders, and making tough decisions under pressure.  

Through her firm, Tuning Inward, Sheizana works with leaders, including partners, general counsel, and managing directors, who want to sharpen their strategic focus and strengthen team effectiveness. She specializes in helping professionals build relational agility: communicating with clarity, surfacing friction early, and creating the conditions for trust, accountability, and sustained performance. 

Her coaching is grounded in executive experience, systems thinking, and conflict resolution—used as tools for growth and alignment. Known for her calm, incisive presence, Sheizana brings structure to complexity and clarity to tension, especially when teams are evolving, scaling, or recalibrating under pressure. Her approach blends coaching, facilitation, and advisory support, tailored to the realities of client-serving and matrixed environments. 

Sheizana has designed and delivered leadership programs, offsites, and coaching engagements for national and international law firms, accounting and advisory firms, corporations, and professional associations. She is an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviors®, and is certified in System-3 Leadership Simulation and Motivation Factor—tools that help leaders build stronger, more cohesive teams. 

Sheizana holds a J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MBA from the Schulich School of Business. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and an Accredited Mediator and Trainer through the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR).  

A committed mentor and community leader, Sheizana teaches business law, governance, and ethics, and is a certified global trainer of volunteer community mediators—supporting growth and conflict competence in both professional and grassroots settings.
