Sherri Preszcator

Sherri Preszcator is the Founder and Principal of Strategic Edge Coaching & Consulting, where she partners with senior leaders, business owners, and executive teams on executive coaching, leadership development, and business strategy consulting.

With more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and senior leader across public health, higher education, finance, and insurance, Sherri brings an enterprise perspective to her work. She supports leaders navigating growth, transition, and complex organizational change by helping them clarify leadership identity, sharpen strategic thinking, and align people, priorities, and execution.

Sherri is known for her ability to create clarity in ambiguity and to challenge leaders to think deliberately about who they are as leaders and how they lead. Her work combines disciplined inquiry with practical action, enabling leaders to make confident decisions, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and deliver results in high-stakes environments.

Sherri is an Ivey-Certified Executive Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation. She holds the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) credential through the Co-Active Training Institute and is trained in leadership assessment tools, including Sigma 360, Everything DiSC® and The Motivation Factor®. Sherri holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from Western University and an advanced certification in Brand Strategy from the Schulich School of Business.
