Svetlana Vityugova

Svetlana Vityugova is a seasoned Executive and Team Coach, and HR leader with over 20 years of experience. She specializes in Change Management, People Experience, and Culture Transformation. Svetlana has worked with leading multinationals including IKEA, Unilever, Raiffeisenbank, and Etihad Aviation Group, implementing global best practices for managing people and leading transformation programs. 

In her current role at Kearney, a global strategy consulting firm, Svetlana translates business strategies into HR initiatives, leads employee engagement, and drives retention, well-being and culture improvement efforts. She focuses on individualized employee engagement, ensuring firm initiatives align with strategic objectives and are impactful to employees' needs in the Middle East and Africa region. As an advisor and coach to firm leadership, she addresses employee experience, diversity, inclusion and employee value proposition. 

Svetlana has developed her practice with groups and teams through KDVI’s Group Coaching Practitioner Certification and expanded her leadership coaching capacity graduating from the IVEY Leadership Transformation Coaching program. She holds various professional certifications in change management, culture transformation, motivation, and resilience. Svetlana is a Global Executive MBA graduate from IESE Business School.
