Wendy Shaw

Wendy Shaw is an engaging and trusted Executive Coach and Facilitator.  She partners with leaders to unlock growth and positive outcomes that support their goals. Wendy’s enthusiasm, creativity and strong communication skills – in combination with her extensive corporate and consulting work experience – mean that her clients experience a dynamic and productive coaching experience.  

Wendy held leadership roles in marketing with major Canadian and multi-national firms including Manulife, American Express and Bank of Montreal up to the VP level.  In 2003 Wendy co-founded a marketing consulting firm created to develop marketing strategies for large corporate clients.  For 15 years the firm provided insights and valued solutions and plans for clients in Financial Services, Consumer Products, Technology and Telecommunications and Business Services sectors.   

Wendy’s pivot to coaching was inspired by a realization that even the most capable leaders were seeking a way to pause, reflect and plan their way forward. Since choosing to focus exclusively on coaching Wendy has worked with hundreds of leaders domestically and internationally, supporting them in getting to the root of complex issues and crafting their plan. In addition to the coaching credentials earned through Coach Training Institute (CPCC) and International Coach Federation (PCC), Wendy is an Ivey-Certified Executive Coach.    

Wendy has a strong sense of adventure, fun and curiosity – always looking forward to visiting previously unexplored territory.  Her love of food and cooking mean she can often be found wherever there are good things to eat.
