When delivery time arrives, our faculty empowers your leaders to step in at crucial moments to drive conversations and own the success of the program where appropriate.
Step 5 & 6: Evaluation and Results
Listening isn't just the first part of your custom Ivey executive education program; it's a guiding principle that lasts to the end. In-depth and objective evaluation throughout the process helps us determine effectiveness of the program as well as areas for improvement, and we enlist your help in gauging success on your terms.
