Yang Chen is an Assistant Professor in the Operations Management area group. Yang’s research interests lie in the intersections of Behavioural Operations Management, AI, and Marketing. Using empirical and experimental methods, he studies human and AI behaviors in operational or purchasing decisions. Yang holds a PhD in Management Analytics from the Smith School of Business at Queen’s University. Prior to business research, he worked in statistical consulting positions for healthcare organizations in Toronto.
