Ivey student biking to raise funds for Syrian family

Incoming Ivey HBA student Victor Lal is spending his summer break biking from his Scarborough home to St. John's. He's raising money along the trip to sponsor a refugee family from Aleppo, Syria. Lal recently founded an organization called Canadians for Syria and has organized Ride for Refugees with the goal of raising $30,000.

Lal spoke with Andrew Palamarchuk of Metroland Media Toronto about his 22-day journey.
