Ivey’s MBA class of 2016 recently took part in the Annual MBA McKinsey & Company Case Competition – the students’ first competitive case event. We captured the enthusiasm, challenges and opportunities that come from this unique experience.

The competition involved three rounds over the course of three days where students took on cases across Marketing, Operations and Strategy. For each round, student teams analyzed cases and presented their findings and recommendations to a panel of judges made up of faculty, staff, alumni, and representatives from McKinsey.

The following includes the three finalist teams who had the opportunity to present to a panel of judges from McKinsey:

Winners

Team 11 – Sarah Brown, Alana Green, Swati Matta, Alysa Mittleman, Zac Robinson, Richard Siew

Finalist Teams

Team 1 – Dan Bernholtz Mark Featherstonehaugh, Matt Fong, Ariel Koschitzky, Mitch Sharma

Team 17 – Tom Aicklen, Helen He, Anirudh Mathur, Graham Matthews, Jayme McColl, Oluwole Oluwole-Rotimi

Congratulations to all the MBA students for their participation and hard work in this year’s competition.
