Remembrance Day is our opportunity to honour the Canadians who have fought in past wars, and those who continue to do so in places of conflict around the world today.
As November 11 falls on a Saturday this year, the HBA Association (HBAA) will host a ceremony on Friday, November 10 at 11 a.m. in the BMO Financial Group Auditorium. Faculty and staff are invited to attend the short ceremony, to remember the service and sacrifice of our many students, alumni, friends, and family members who serve, or have served, in Canada's armed forces.
All are encouraged to attend the public ceremonies in their communities on November 11. In London, Ontario, a ceremony will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at the Cenotaph in Victoria Park.
