On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, from 2 to 5 PM, Professor Iris Berdrow conducted an informative workshop at the University of Kigali, Rwanda, on case-based pedagogy: teaching and learning using the case method. This workshop was arranged by the 39 Country Initiative, founded in 2010 by Professor Paul Beamish.

On Thursday, 26 March 2026, between 2:00 and 5:00 PM, a Business Case Teaching Workshop was delivered by Professor Iris Berdrow hosted at the University of Tourism, Technology and Business Studies in Kigali, Rwanda.

39 Country Initiative has successfully organized a Case Study Teaching Workshop at Adventist University of Central Asia (AUCA), Kigali, Rwanda on Tuesday, 24th March 2026 from 2:00 pm to 5 PM.
The workshop was facilitated by the Ivey Business School, in collaboration with the Department of Business Studies at Adventist University of Central Asia (AUCA). The workshop was conducted by Professor Iris Berdrow.
African Leadership University
On Friday, 27th March 2026, Professor Dr. Iris Berdrow, conducted an engaging workshop based on case teaching at the African Leadership University (ALU).
The session was well-attended by faculty members from the Business Faculty of ALU, who participated enthusiastically throughout the event. The workshop provided practical insights and stimulated interactive discussions, contributing significantly to the academic and professional development of the participants.
"The workshop was incredibly impactful, and our faculty found Professor Iris Berdrow's insights into participant-centered learning to be both practical and inspiring. Integrating the Case Method is a priority for our university, as it aligns with our focus on experiential learning.
