Michael Taylor is a member of the marketing faculty at the Ivey Business School. He holds an MBA from Ivey and returned in 2009 as a faculty member after a successful 20 year management career in the private sector.
Michael has held a wide range of management and leadership positions over the course of his career in the private sector. Most recently, Michael was Senior Manager of Strategic Development with Siemens Canada Ltd. in 2009. His areas of expertise include: marketing strategy, business-to-business marketing, sales management infrastructure, and account management in complex organizations.
Michael has worked with several notable corporate clients, including Aviva Canada, Canada Bread, Environment Canada, Industry Canada, Ontario Clean Water Association, Siemens Canada, Siemens Westinghouse, Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, Syngenta, Teknion Corporation, The AgroMart Group, The Toronto Board of Trade, and The University of Ontario Institute of Technology.
