Event Overview
Research suggests that between 800 million and 1.2 billion people in the world could reasonably be considered “neurodistinct” — affected by conditions like autism, dyslexia, ADHD, etc. Many neurodistinct people possess considerable talents that historical workplace and HR practices don't fully leverage or maybe even detect.
In the last two decades, however, companies like EY, JP Morgan Chase, Microsoft, SAP, and others have come up with new hiring, supervisory, and career development approaches that increase their ability to leverage neurodistinct talent. In the process, these companies have also discovered, somewhat unexpectedly, that their neurodiversity initiatives have led to new organizational capabilities and better HR practices for all employees.
Join us on Thursday, October 17 at the Ivey Talent Leaders Forum 2024, a unique gathering of industry leaders, innovative disruptors, and seasoned HR professionals to examine the landscape of neurodiversity employment and explore the important work that has been done in this area, with an objective of figuring out how these ideas might benefit your company.
Through interactive learning sessions, panel discussions, and keynote presentations, participants will gain first-hand knowledge from experts in neurodiversity employment, reflect and collaborate with peers on the challenges and opportunities involved in Neurodiversity Employment, and learn best practices for successfully integrating neuroinclusion principles into their organizations.
