Jill Roussy

Jill Roussy is an Executive Coach and Facilitator who partners with senior executives, C-suite leaders and their teams to help them lead with greater confidence, clarity and impact.

Drawing on decades of business leadership and executive coaching experience, Jill helps leaders connect strategic thinking with the interpersonal behaviours that drive organizational success. As a trusted thinking partner, she challenges leaders to think differently, strengthen their executive presence, navigate complex relationships, communicate with influence and build high-performing teams. A strong critical thinker, skilled communicator with a warm sense of humour, she ensures clients develop straightforward, powerful solutions that work.

Before becoming a coach, she co-founded and led Spark Ideas, a consulting firm specializing in consumer insights and marketing strategy for major corporate clients. Earlier in her career, she held progressively senior marketing roles, in Canada and Europe, with American Express, Whirlpool Europe, Bell Canada and Mackenzie Investments, giving her firsthand experience leading through complexity, influencing across organizations and making critical business decisions.

Jill is an Ivey Certified Executive Coach and has coached leaders from around the world through a variety of Ivey Executive Education programs. She also holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and coaching certifications from the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI). She earned her MBA from Ivey Business School.

Outside of work, Jill enjoys travelling, playing golf and racquet sports, and cooking for family and friends.
