Seemantini Pathak is an expert in strategic leadership and corporate governance, with a focus on how boards and executives make decisions under complexity. Her research explores the dynamics between leaders and boards, the role of character in governance, and how organizations respond to social and strategic pressures.
Seemantini holds the Ihnatowycz Chair in Leadership at Ivey Business School, where she teaches strategy and leadership to executives and graduate students. Her work has been published in leading academic and practitioner journals, and she is known for helping senior leaders translate research into action — particularly in high-stakes, boardroom environments.
