AI is reshaping industries, but for many business leaders, its impact still feels unclear or disconnected from day-to-day strategy. In fact, the hype surrounding AI can overwhelm more than it empowers, and valuable insights about AI’s impact on competitive advantage get lost in the noise.

This program brings clarity by weaving together three essentials. First, participants build technological fluency: what different forms of AI can and cannot do, and differentiating individual productivity use cases from considerations around enterprise-scale deployment. Second, participants learn to apply a strategic frame: practical, proven frameworks for choosing where to play, how to win, and what capabilities are needed as AI shifts the rules. Third, participants apply economic thinking to anticipate how AI will change cost curves, bargaining power, moats, and business models across industries.

The result of our approach is a single, integrated toolkit: not just understanding AI, but translating it into decisions, priorities, and advantages.

Who Should Attend?

We've created this program for leaders at a strategic inflection point in their careers who are increasingly responsible for shaping how their department or business unit responds to AI-driven disruption.

Ideal participants include:

  • Mid-to-senior level leaders across strategy, operations, digital transformation, or innovation.
  • Business unit leaders who need to assess and guide AI investments across products, customer experience, or operational workflows.
  • Cross-functional change agents looking to bridge AI knowledge gaps across silos and build enterprise-wide momentum.

Participants do not need a technical background, although some previous engagement with generative AI is helpful.

What You'll Learn

Building a Strategic AI Roadmap

  • Assess whether AI’s main impact on your organization will be in product, process, or business model innovation, and align initiatives to create value.
  • Identify where your business model drives standardization versus differentiation—and how each can be used strategically to strengthen existing advantages or create new ones.
  • Apply proven strategic frameworks like Porter's Five Forces, the Innovator's Dilemma, or the Blue Ocean Value Curve to evaluate how you will respond to AI-driven change.

Navigating Disruption with Confidence

  • Separate real AI impact from noise and hype by clarifying the sources of your business’ competitive advantage and how they will be impacted by AI.
  • Make informed decisions on whether to build, buy, or partner for AI solutions, while aligning efforts with both business unit goals and enterprise strategy.
  • Move beyond individual chat-based AI tools to understand the next wave of AI applications, including agentic systems and AI integrated with structured, enterprise data.
