Spring Session
In an environment of constant disruption, boards are being asked to do more than monitor. They’re increasingly relied upon to contribute strategic insight, support executive decision-making, and uphold accountability in complex conditions.
The Ivey-GPC Governance Leadership Program is designed for governance professionals and executives operating in that space — critical partners in shaping board effectiveness and enabling strong alignment between directors and executive teams.
This program builds the skills that matter most when the stakes are high: judgment, foresight, and the ability to navigate complex dynamics with confidence and integrity. Through rich, practice-based learning, participants will strengthen their capacity to structure better decisions, translate risk into strategy, and support boards as they grow into their evolving role.
Graduates of the program will be eligible to earn their Governance Leadership Designation (GLD) from Ivey and GPC by completing a post-program examination.
