In the Globe and Mail Professor Paul Boothe argues for how the Canadian government can better attract investors to our economy.
"Competing to attract private investment will be a fact of life for Canadian governments as long as other jurisdictions are playing the game. It doesn’t have to be a losing proposition. We should compete to win – not on every deal, but on the ones that make good business sense for Canada." said Boothe.
