Embracing neurodiversity can give companies a competitive edge

Andreas Souvaliotis used to think his obsession with numbers was a handicap, but it became the ticket to his career success.

The same quirky mind that allowed him to be considered within the high-functioning range of the autism spectrum, also led him to create the first eco-loyalty reward points program – and several more successful ventures.

In an article in the Financial Post, which first appeared in the summer edition of Ivey Business Journal, Souvaliotis writes about embracing neurodiversity in the corporate world.
