Ivey has welcomed 54 new participants to the Master of Management: Analytics (MM-A) program – its largest class since launch. The Class of 2026 also sets a record with 67 per cent women.
Bringing an average of six years’ experience across industries from finance and technology to health care and non-profits, the cohort is equipped to lead in an era where data-driven decision-making is essential.
Representing 18 birth countries and 28 undergraduate institutions, the class also brings a wide range of global perspectives and academic backgrounds.
Hayri Tongarlak, Faculty Director of the MM-A, said the program continues to attract a diverse group of professionals united by a shared commitment to using analytics responsibly.
“GenAI tools are powerful and useful across many tasks, but they also create the illusion of thought. What organizations need today is not automation without reflection, but leadership that understands both the potential and the limits of these tools – and brings the critical thinking required to guide their use,” he said. “The MM-A program aims to fill this need by developing leaders in analytics who ask sharper questions, define the outcomes that matter, and lead with humility and responsibility so that technology amplifies the best in us, not the worst.”
As the largest and most diverse class yet, the MM-A Class of 2026 signals a bright future for the program.
