On June 5, 2025, 35 leaders from 12 schools gathered at the Wood Symposium to explore how communities of learning can adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing world.
Attendees left the day inspired, challenged and empowered to build and lead communities of learning that are open to change, following a day of thought-provoking dialogue and collaboration.

The day featured a keynote from Harvard Business School’s Michael Norton on the power of everyday rituals, a hands-on look at AI in the classroom with Daniel Gruber’s “Coffee, Tea & Gen AI,” and an Innovation Fair showcasing new tools shaping the future of learning and talent development.
