As Principal of how.com since 1994, she has partnered with profit, not-for-profit, government and community-based organizations to deliver large-scale initiatives that improve organizational performance and stakeholder engagement whether locally, nationally or internationally.

As a Certified Change Management Professional (PROSCI), she combines strategic thinking with a practical, people-centred approach. Her ability to translate complex issues into clear, actionable strategies has made her a trusted advisor to many business leaders.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led high-profile change and engagement initiatives, including the launch of the Toronto Seniors Housing Corporation, the implementation of Ontario’s award-winning Wait Time Information System, and the clinician adoption program for ConnectingGTA, a digital health information portal supporting more than 20,000 clinicians. Her work has consistently delivered measurable results while fostering strong partnerships and sustainable organizational capacity.

Beyond her consulting practice, she is a passionate volunteer, coach, patient advocate, and board leader.
