Jordan is a Managing Partner at Level5 Strategy, a leading boutique consulting firm that helps cross-sector organizations across North America build strategies that stick. With 20+ years as a corporate executive and cross-sector advisor, Jordan partners with leaders to turn ambition into accountability and action: shaping strategy, strengthening commitment, and scaling impact.
His work spans strategy and integrated planning, brand- and customer-centric transformation, and evolving organizations and operating models to sharpen execution – bringing a pragmatic, data-driven approach that helps teams collaborate more effectively, make smarter decisions, and unlock sustainable growth.
Prior to Level5, Jordan held leadership roles at Rogers spanning Data & Analytics, Customer Experience, and Corporate Strategy & Planning, leading teams ranging from 10 to 100+ and driving strategy and transformation initiatives. Before that, he was with global consulting firm Kearney, advising senior executives across several sectors and continents on critical performance challenges. He began his career at MDA Space as a systems engineer on NASA's Space Shuttle/Canadarm program. Jordan holds a B.A.Sc. (Honours) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from the London Business School.
Beyond his client work, Jordan serves on the board of Alli's Journey, a Toronto-based charity supporting adolescents and young adults with cancer.
