Kerstin Lack is an accomplished executive with a distinguished career spanning marketing strategy, customer experience transformation, and revenue operations. She is the founder of North Star Advisors, a boutique consulting firm specializing in growth strategies for small businesses. Throughout her career, Kerstin has held progressively senior leadership roles across diverse sectors, including telecommunications, gaming, consumer goods, and management consulting.
Most recently, she served as Chief Lottery and Customer Officer at the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), where she led the Lottery division and spearheaded innovative customer and retail strategies. Prior to OLG, Kerstin held multiple executive leadership positions at Rogers Communications, where she played a key role in accelerating revenue growth and enhancing customer engagement.
A recognized leader in organizational transformation, Kerstin actively contributes to talent development through mentorship and workplace leadership initiatives.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was named a Baker Scholar, and an Honours Business Administration (HBA) from the Ivey Business School at Western University.
Kerstin also serves on the Board of Directors for the William Osler Health System Foundation, where she supports the Foundation’s mission to advance community health and well-being.
