Michael Campbell, Senior Vice-President, Customer Experience & Marketing Individual Customer, Canada Life Assurance Company. Michael leads a dynamic and talented team focused on defining and leading customer, advisor and staff experience efforts across all Individual Customer product and service offerings . He and his team are accountable for building compelling communication and marketing strategies, campaigns and tactics that support advisors in their important work with clients.

Michael joined the company’s employee benefits sales and service division in 1990 and has since held key positions in GRS marketing, wealth management market development, wealth product marketing and wholesaling. His most recent role included leadership of Quadrus Investment Services Ltd., the exclusive mutual fund dealer for London Life and preferred mutual fund dealer for investment representatives of Great-West Life, as well as management of the advisor compliance function within Advisory Network of Canada Life.
