Prakash David is an investment executive and entrepreneur in real estate. Most recently he built a private equity co-investment platform at Triovest Realty Advisors, which to that point had been an Advisory and real estate services firm. That business deployed $22m of private equity into $1.5b of opportunistic real estate across major Canadian markets with Canadian institutional investors. Prior to this he headed up a $3.2b office, residential and retail mixed-use development in Singapore with Lendlease, a Carrefour expansion strategy in the Middle East with Majid Al Futtaim, built a sizeable real estate joint-venture business for the City of Toronto, and led a development platform for Walmart anchored shopping centres across Southern Ontario. He completed his MBA at Ivey in 2005, and prior to this practiced real estate and municipal law in Toronto.
