Samantha Roman is a seasoned entrepreneurial leader who has founded and scaled start-ups and contributed to acquisitions and IPOs.
Earlier in her career, Samantha held roles with RBC Financial Services, Cardinal Health, Boehringer-Ingelheim, and Cancer Care Ontario, gaining broad commercial and functional experience. She also served for three decades in the Canadian Forces Reserves, with oversight of special projects to establish new teams and capabilities, including the London Detachment of 23 Field Ambulance.
Samantha brings cross-sector perspective and mentorship to her work, supporting leaders as they grow and create meaningful impact. She is deeply committed to community service through board work and support for organizations focused on health, education, and veterans’ well-being.
She holds an MBA from the Ivey Business School and a BScN from McMaster University.
