For the first time in three years, Ivey’s graduates will receive their diplomas in person this week and celebrate their achievements with the same level of pomp and circumstance typically seen at such occasions.

The in-person convocation ceremonies are a welcome return to normal after a lengthy hiatus due to COVID-19 and you won’t want to miss the big moment. Watch the events online at the livestream link or view the recordings afterward. Here is what’s planned for the week.

HBA Spring Convocation (Tuesday, June 21, 10 a.m.) – Watch as 625 HBA graduates cross the stage at Western’s Alumni Hall, receive their diplomas, and join the Ivey Alumni Network. They’ll be joined by Connie Clerici, QS ’08, Executive Chair of the Board of Closing the Gap Healthcare Group, who will be receiving an honorary degree at the ceremony. Later that day, they’ll be at the Ivey Building for a private Ivey Pledge Ceremony where they’ll receive the Ivey Ring.

MBA, MSc, and PhD Spring Convocation (Wednesday, June 22, 10 a.m.) – Several other Ivey program graduates will take centre stage as 174 MBAs, 192 MScs, and one PhD take part in convocation. They’ll also be celebrated at a Graduate Programs Pledge Ceremony and Reception at the Ivey Building that afternoon.
