Summer Intern Recruiting Options for HBA1 and MSc Business Analytics (BA) Students
- Attend a job fair: Date options in September and November
- Host an info session (virtual or in-person): Mon–Thurs, 3:30–5:00pm or 5:30–7:00pm
- Host coffee chats (virtual or in-person): Students are available after 1pm EST
- Set up a table on campus: Connect with students in high-traffic areas in the Ivey building
- The sign-up survey went live on Thursday, June 19 at 12pm EST and spots for information sessions and career fairs will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

Feedback from our students is that multi-firm events and coffee chats are their preferred way to engage with organizations. Additionally, these options provide organizations with the opportunity to connect with a high volume of interested students. This year, we will not be offering full-time on campus evening information sessions as a recruiting option and instead, encourage you to connect with our team to develop a personalized recruiting strategy based on your recruiting timelines, resources and organizational strategy.
